In the village there is a wonderful Diner. A Coffee shop, Food Coop, and a delightful Gift Shop. Our General Store, is the oldest continually run general store in Vt. Walking distance to the village and all that is there. The Next Stage, Yellow Barn, Sandglass Theater, these places provide an amazing collection of visual, musical, spoken word and world renowned art and artist to experience. These cultural event locations are but a mile away for the Cottage I hope you choose for your stay.

Connecticut River Odyssey

Relax into the mesmerizing view of the river flowing by and the flames of the fire pit after a day outdoor adventuring! 10 minutes from Mt Ascutney (backcountry skiing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing). 35 minutes to Okemo (snowboarding, downhill, ice skating, tubing). Easy access to I-91, and a dozen dining options within 15 min. Fiber optic internet makes this a lovely place to work from "home." Rental cost includes waterfront views and free unlimited use of dock, kayaks, SUP, canoe in the summer

Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

It is nestled in the center of the Bellows Falls village, a short 5-minute walk to downtown, where you will find great little shops and eateries. We are centrally located in Southern Vermont ~ 40 min from several ski areas (Okemo, Magic, Bromley, Stratton, etc.) about one hour from Killington Resort, Mount Snow, and Mount Sunapee (NH), and ~ 20 mins from Brattleboro, VT, or Keene, NH.

It is located between Claremont, NH and Keene, NH making it a great midway point to access both for shopping, area attractions and a number of ski resorts. Minutes from I-91. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.

The Loft at Weathersfield

Close to Okemo, The Loft at Weathersfield, is just 1/2 hour south of Woodstock / Hanover area and 22 minutes from Okemo Mountain. The Loft, is located in a private agricultural setting with easy access to Vermont's best biking, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and many equine trails. The loft is 900 square feet with a kitchen/dining room, living room, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and one twin bed. There is a spacious deck off the kitchen and a car port underneath.

Studio 154 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a country setting. 18 mins to Lebanon and 25 mins to Mount Sunapee. A short drive through the neighborhood past mountain views, King Blossom Farm Stand, and meadows that frequently host wildlife and sunsets. The studio has 2 queen sized beds, 3/4 bath, love seat, dining table and work desk. Enjoy fast WIFI, 42" tv, USB plugs next to the night stands and tv shelf. Service fee is included in the price!

Just steps of walk to the amazing Okemo slopes, C Building is the closest property to the A-Quad/B-Quad lift and this building offers convenient parking right downstairs and free wi-fi (dedicated Xfinity modem, no issue video conference). You’ll love this cozy place with hardwood floor and private balcony and sunshine after skiing. Great sun exposure. Fireplace has been updated to electric fireplace starting from 2023-2024 season.
