With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

Sunny’s Place

Sunny’s Place is located in Lisarow, on the beautiful Central Coast. The guesthouse is a small studio with an ensuite that is equipped with most things you'll need for a new nights away. It is close to our family home but is a separate building with separate access. There isn't a lot to do in Lisarow but it's 5 mins from shops and M1 and 30 minutes from most places on the Central Coast, including Terrigal, The Entrance and Glenworth Valley, so a good base for your weekend away.

It is close to beautiful beaches like Umina, Ettalong (10min 🚗), also to majestic waterways and national parks in Central Coast. It is within an hour drive /train ride from Sydney and Newcastle. Walking distance to Evarglades country golf club. Close to popular Yoga clubs, Deep Water Plaza shopping center and local pubs and eatery's.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. Only 1.5hrs from Sydney's CBD, The Studio offers comfort and privacy. Newly built with quality inclusions and parking at your door. Outdoor space is shared and you are welcome to enjoy the native garden. Smoking outside is permitted. Friendly dogs may be welcome on application and cannot be left alone anywhere on the property.
