The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.

Our apartment is beautifully appointed and ideal for couples on short or longer stays. Close to trams and trains, walking distance to Caulfield racecourse and Monash Uni Caulfield campus. Only 20 minutes by train to the city, the location is perfect for both holiday and business guests. There is a secure key safe at the front door of the apartment for easy self check-in.
