A little piece of Paris in a small-town setting. This apartment is on the west side of a house that’s over 100 years old and converted into a duplex. With high ceilings and Paris-themed decor, you can enjoy the city life vibes while enjoying the small town area. Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

Little Blue Hickory Home

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

Lakefront Serenity

Our comfortable one bedroom apartment is centrally located near downtown Hickory, yet sits quietly on the main channel of Lake Hickory. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or relaxing from the dock. You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski and secure it to our dock. Relax and enjoy watching wildlife from your private deck. Hickory’s new River Walk (which winds through the woods)is directly across the lake. Charlotte, Asheville, and Boone are within one hour of the property.

Whether you are here for a wedding at Providence Cotton Mill or another area venue; or you've come to NC to find the perfect sofa at the famed Hickory Furniture Mart; or you are attending an event at Lenoir-Rhyne University or the Hickory Metro Convention Center—whatever brings you to the beautiful Catawba Valley, you will love settling into our Comfy Cottage to relax and unwind at the end of your day!

Rooms have smart TV's for you to use your own services, and already uploaded for free TV watching. Outside you will enjoy the propane grill and patio seating on a private lot. 2 animals welcome with a pet fee. We are compliant with health and safety guidelines for COVID-19.
