Kitchen essentials are provided. Bathroom towels and bedding are also provided. Cottage also has a grill, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. (SORRY, NO PETS. NO SMOKING, OR PARTIES ALLOWED. $400 fine) Chassell beach is two blocks away, and hiking trails are 1 block. MTU is a 10 minute drive.

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!
