We are close to Sesame Place too. A short two block walk along tree lined sidewalks gets you to the light rail "River Line" that whisks you to the high speed PATCO rail line directly to center city Philadelphia or north to NJ Transit trains with service to New York City! We welcome flexible check ins and checkouts.

The old farm's corn crib, renovated keeping the original interior wood beams intact. The loft bedroom (not child proof) is accessible by a very manageable set of steps. A KING SIZE Bed Guarantees a great nights sleep! Kitchenette, electric fireplace, bbq, firepit, covered patio, smart tv and 2 bikes available to reserve. 1 bedroom apartment attached to our home with its own separate driveway and key code entrance. Centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City. Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.

This house could accommodate one large or 2 small families. Three full bedrooms. I have a double air mattress and a queen air mattress. Also there is a toddler bed and a pack 'n play. Bucks County - 20 minutes from Philadelphia and 20 minutes from Sesame Place! I would like no more than 4 adults and no more than 3 children. I do not rent to teenagers or anyone who wants to have a party. I do not rent out my backyard.
