Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt, nicht weit vom Brixner Dom, dem Pharmaziemuseum und dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
