Cherry Tree House is a private apartment within our house with own entrance. We live in the other half of the house with no access to your apartment. King size Hypnos bed, fully fitted kitchen, range cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Own bathroom with a huge walk in shower. A 40" TV with Now TV and Netflix, so you can relax and catch up with a box set. Tea/coffee facilities are provided. You also have shared access to our peaceful garden. No children or pets.

On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Note there is no sea view from this apartment.

The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Coop supermarket at the end of the street.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

This is a separate studio space attached to the main house with a bathroom, full TV services and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
