Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled next to the brook leading to the lake , this Cozy cottage home with brand new furnishings and appliances is the perfect vacation spot. Just a short walk to private deeded sandy beach on Newfound Lake. Enjoy sunsets by the beach or our gas fire pit. This home has a king bed in the master bedroom as well as two twins in the guest room. All the modern conveniences with a nice lake charm. WiFi, smart tv, air conditioning, and more!

Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway, private deck and your own firepit, with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a leather loveseat, and a huge custom shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, blender, crock pot and electric skillet. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

Sit and enjoy the view on the wraparound deck. The patio has a fire pit and grill, perfect for a summer night. Limited access is available for kayak launch across the street or visit two town beaches within 1 mile of the house. Shackett store is just steps away serving fresh donuts and ice cream daily!

We invite you to try the perfect yurt experience without compromising on comfort. The yurt offers a king size bed along with a full bath and stand up shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals. You’ll be very comfortable with the ac and heat. The 50’’ tv is available for your own favorite streaming apps. WIFi is included. You are minutes away from beautiful Newfound lake and Wellington state park. Cardigan and Ragged mountain are short 20 minute away
