Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. It is a quiet peaceful area and is conveniently located nearby unique shopping in Cashiers, as well as beautiful gorgeous hikes, waterfalls. and lakes. An outdoor deck circles the entire length of the apartment and many windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain. At the Wyndham Resort, just down the road is recreational fun for everyone with a pass.

Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
