You can also bring your boat for the quickest access to bays and blue water.

The house is fenced and has everything you need to relax, and yes, we do have coffee machines. Three bedrooms have private balconies to enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. Perfect Beach retreat once you arrive, shoes are optional! 1 minute walk to the beach with 2 comfortable Queen size beds. The House sits on a small culdesac so it is not very busy with noisy cars. You can hear and feel the ocean from the deck. Near all the attractions but far enough to have a quiet getaway. You can't find many locations like this in Surfside anymore. This home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected so you can relax and enjoy your stay!

Just a few minute boat ride to the ICW, East Matagorda Bay system and the gulf, and you will be fishing in no time! A quick drive to the beach for family fun in the sun. The home is clean and comfortable, newly remodeled in 2023-25, with a great back deck and brand new pier for fishing. Come enjoy the creek life at the Paradise on the bay!

This is a beautiful fourth row home (two blocks) from the beach! Seas the Day is walking distance to Surfside's Pedestrian Beach, the Jetty, Christmas Bay, and local restaurants. Plenty of space for parking vehicles and your boat!
