Howard’s End is a self contained single storey annexe with ample parking. It adjoins my home which was originally an Edwardian wheat store. Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.

We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
