Located just a 15-minute walk away from the beautiful West Wittering beach, 'Witsend' offers a comfortable and stylish space for up to two adults and two children. A luxurious king size bed with, high-quality linen and a pull-out bed that can accommodate one adult or two children. Highlights include; a sunny deck and a skylight window above the bed.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Hand-built by me and Granny Mongolia, the Yurt mixes traditional Mongolian design with bold colours, cosy comfort and treasures from Mongolia. Guests love the beautiful setting, outdoor spaces, comfort and character, and often say it feels calm and grounding from the moment they arrive. Surrounded by nature, it has a covered outdoor kitchen and dining room, a quirky outdoor bathroom, bbq and firepit areas. You’ll sleep under dark, starry skies and wake up to birdsong. On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Welcome to Bay lodge in Bracklesham Bay. The peaceful self contained cabin built in 2023 in the grounds of the main property. In a tasteful coastal theme. open plan kitchen/ lounge/ diner, 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 set of bunks) and bathroom with walk in shower. With its own private courtyard, dining area and heated shower. Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
