Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Seaside Retreat.

Located next to beautiful Umina beach!! Only 30 metres walk to the sand, sea and sunrise. Enjoy the sound of the ocean while reading a book or dining in our lovely cottage & courtyard. 20 metres to popular cafes, parks, Kids play Ground, bike/skateboard track, basketball & Tennis crts. 8 min walk to popular Umina shopping strip. Our cottage has one King bed, one King single bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed. Most suited to a couple, or couple with one or two young children.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.
