We call it our treehouse. 5 minute drive, 25 min walk (hill involved) from the ferry/Cove/restaurants. 10 min walk to Miller's Landing Beach, wonderful swimming, overlooking the North Shore Mountains. 10 min walk to Crippen Regional Park! Relax by the fire pit on a private deck. Fantastic views of ocean, mountains, and lush green fields! Amazing stargazing here. Abundant wildlife - elk, eagles, bird watching. It's Paradise!

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Cubby Cabin on Reed - Under the Stars

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located Cabin on an acreage in Upper Gibsons. Cubby Cabin is a newly renovated studio space at the back of our 2.5 acre property on Reed. The Cabin is a super funky and laid back home away from home. Walking distance to so many amenities: Public Transit, Gibsons Park Plaza, Sunnycrest Mall, Persephones and all the Restaurants & Storefronts along the 101 Hwy. Enjoy staying in our Cubby Cabin under the Starry Night Sky!
