Die Schmiede wurde ca. im Jahre 1920 erbaut und als solche genutzt. 2009 wurde das Gebäude saniert und als Ferienwohnung umgebaut und 2017 sowie im Frühjahr 2022 liebevoll renoviert Ideal um in diesem naturbelassenen Gebiet „Hollesand“ Urlaub zu machen. Von der hauseigenen Terrasse mit Grill, Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen blickt man auf grüne Pferdewiesen. Ein ausgehdehntes Fahrradwegenetz wartet auf eine Radtour z. B. in den „Hollesand“, dem großen Naturschutzgebiet, nur 500m entfernt vom Haus.

Dit heerlijk en compleet ingerichte vakantieappartement is gebouwd in een sfeer volle woonboerderij. Met eigen terras grenzend aan een zeer ruime tuin. Voor wandel, fiets of paardrijtochten is dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. Het appartement is zeer geschikt voor levens genieters,gezinnen (met kinderen), stellen en avonturiers. U zal zich hier welkom en thuis voelen!

Door de eigen cv is het tuinhuis het hele jaar beschikbaar. De inrichting bestaat uit een zithoek, een grote dubbele boxspring, een keukenblok en een eigen natte hoek (toilet, douche). Er is een tv met kabelaansluiting en wifi. Ook bij regen is het buiten heerlijk zitten onder de overkapping. Daar vang je ook de laatste zonnestralen op.

Two room appartment, located in the old city center of Purmerend. The shops, bars and restaurants are less then 50 meters from the appartment. Checkin is self checkin with key safe. Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.

Lovely cottage in a great garden setting. The cosy tiny house is uniquely situated in the village center. The detached guest house is attractively furnished and fully equipped. Staying with us means enjoying a relaxing stay with plenty of opportunity for hiking, bicycles, swimming, sailing/boating/fishing. Zuidlaren is situated on natural heightened land which is called national parc the Hondrug. A lot of musea, theaters and culture. Pieterpad, forest, shops, bus stop only 2 minutes walk.

Landelijk verblijf aan Friese Elfstedenroute

Op loopafstand van het centrum van Bolsward, aan de Workumertrekvaart, de originele Friese Elfstedenroute, ligt onze landelijk gelegen boerderij. Wij bieden u in deze landelijke en waterrijke omgeving een royale kamer aan, die voorzien is van een groot tweepersoonsbed, (2x0.90), tv/zit-hoek en een geheel nieuwe badkamer met jacuzzi. Extra slaapgelegenheid is mogelijk. Deze nieuwe ruimte hebben wij sinds kort gerealiseerd in onze voormalige koeienstal, die grenst aan onze privéwoning.

Deze fijne kamer is gebouwd in een schuur en heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Op tien minuten rijden van de Waddenzee. Geen strand dus maar dijken met schapen erop. Wel een paar opgespoten nepstrandjes én de veerdienst naar Borkum voor het echte werk. Wakker worden met kakelende kippen onder je raam. Houtkachelwarm, met ondersteuning van een elektrisch kacheltje. De prijs is exclusief ontbijt. Bij voorkeur geen werknemers, tenzij..... Honden welkom tegen kleine vergoeding.
