My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

In Schweinrich am motorbootfreien Dranser See liegt das romantische Ferienhaus „Landlust“ mit idyllischem großen Garten, 100 Meter zur Badestelle. Bootshaus mit eigenem Steg. Kanu, Kajaks und Segeljolle (Segelkenntnisse erforderlich) können gemietet werden. Sankt Unterholz

Sankt Unterholz ist ein Haus mit 150qm Wohnfläche und 600qm Garten für bis zu 9 Menschen in Kraatz; einem kleinen Dorf im Naturpark Uckermärkische Seen. Das ursprünglich als Stall genutzte Gebäude wurde von uns behutsam und ökologisch zu einer Ferien- und Arbeitsoase umgebaut und ist ideal um einfach nur die Seele baumeln zu lassen, gemeinsam an Projekten zu arbeiten, Yoga zu machen, oder um einfach nur gar nichts zu tun. Im Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse den Kindern im Sandkasten zuschauen.

Aktivurlaub am Uckersee

Aktiver Erholungsurlaub am, im, auf oder um den oder die Uckerseen. Mit Fahrrad, Tretboot, Kanu, Segelboot, Surfbrett oder Fahrgastschiff. Nach einem Frühstück auf dem sonnenumfluteten Balkon mit Blick über den Uckersee gestartet. Nach Rückkehr Entspannung in unserer Herberge, oder auf der Terrasse, beim Grillen, oder beim Räuchern des selbst geangelten Fisches. Beim Sonnenuntergang über dem Uckersee den Urlaubstag ausklingen lassen und Kraft tanken für den nächsten Urlaubstag.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

A stay in a stork village 1

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Das Bauernhaus eignet sich ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Bauernhaus kann auch zusammen mit dem Stallgebäude und Waschhaus gemietet werden.
