Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

There's no shortage of activities to enjoy year-round! There's even free use of kayaks and non-motorized boats on premises in the summer months!

Located close to the downtown and a quick 4 minute drive to Aspirus hospital and stores. It has a private entrance with door-coded doors. There are 3 steps to climb at the front porch. Off-street parking is available.
