Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths. Three hospitals are within a 10 min drive. Close to BU. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, antiques in the area.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Lake front living! Enjoy coffee on the expansive deck, jump off the dock for a swim, or take the paddleboard for a ride. Watch the stunning sunset every night. Our newly constructed cabin is a modern, one bedroom home perched in a forested nook with views of Cayuga Lake. This little cabin sits on our 40-acre property, also home to Saoirse Pastures- a farm animal rescue and sanctuary. 4.5 miles to downtown Ithaca, 4.5 miles to Taughannock State Park & Trumansburg and 17 easy miles to Hector and the Seneca wine trail make the location perfect for whatever adventure awaits you! The Black Diamond hiking and biking trail is also right at your doorstep.

Ithaca Music-lovers Barn

The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

Tucked Inn is a totally remodeled house in a quiet country setting. The pond offers swimming, a dock, pedal boat and fishing. The sunroom has a sauna for 2. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. The home features a new kitchen, 65" TV in the living room, comfortable beds, and two work-from-home stations with dual monitors. Dog friendly but were unable to host cats or other pets. *Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. Each home is extremely quiet and has fully private indoor and outdoor space so you get the most out of your rural getaway.

There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
