Aber auch Fuß läßt sich der Ort mit seinen Badestränden, Cafés und Restaurants erreichen, die Wohnung liegt ca. 100 Höhenmeter über dem Lago.

The location is strategic, you can easily reach it by car, the city of Verbania is just a few minutes away, close to both lakes, the motorway and the mountains. A few steps away on foot there is a bar and a restaurant-pizzeria with excellent traditional Italian cuisine.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
