Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Waterfront! Hot tub & dock with kayaks on private lake. Enjoy the screen pavilion with sofa & fire table and bright, wood lined cottage with all you need for a peaceful getaway-Japanese soaking tub, (small) Heat/AC, +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Walk the trails around the lake through forest & meadow to the nearby State Forest & Gold Mine Trail. We group the 3 cottages to preserve the shore for nature to thrive-message to reserve all 3 for total privacy

This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Enjoy a walk through our 4 1/2 acre property!

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.
