The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.

Mulberry Cottage is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Tucked discreetly down an unmade country Lane, surrounded by fields and woodland. Guest pad over 2 floors with separate entrance off of main hallway. Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
