This fun and fully-renovated bungalow is the perfect spot for couples or a small family to enjoy all that the Jersey Shore has to offer. Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Relax on beautiful front porch with wind chimes and seating for 6. Private back deck with natural gas grill, table, sofa and outdoor shower! Less than 3 blocks to Belmar beach. House is fully stocked. TV and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Two queens, one full sized bed and futon single bed in one of the bedrooms. Sheets and towels and pack and play provided. In the summer, guests have access to 4 beach badges, bikes and beach cart. Everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!

Our 2-bedroom pet-friendly home has all you need for your next trip to the shore. You'll be two and a half blocks from the beach and within walking distance to popular restaurants. The shaded front porch has ample seating, and the spacious backyard includes a table, seating, and grill just for you. The living room has space to gather around the tv, and a dining table for meals and games. There is also a laptop-friendly workspace. 4 Belmar beach passes are included, as well as chairs.

As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental.
