There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Our whole house water filter system provides glorious chlorine free water for drinking & showering. It's quiet here. A great place to relax. You'll have a private entrance to the lower level of this north Asheville home. 2.9 miles to downtown, 0.4 miles to beautiful Beaver Lake, 1 mile to Grove Park Inn. Several excellent restaurants within 1 mile. You’ll have privacy and quiet, & off street parking.
