The beds can either be 2 twins or zipped as a super king, sofabed is a double. There is a lovely sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.

PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Conveniently located studio apartment only a 5 minute walk from Bath Train Station and the city centre, and close to Bath Uni. A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
