Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Very nice 506 sq. ft. loft situated along a cobbled passage with a small terrace and away from noisy Parisian streets. Neighborhood offers a large variety of restaurants (including French cuisine). We have a parking spot which is accessible with a swipe card (price: 30 euros/day). Metro line: 9 and buses two minutes away (76.56.46,61)
