It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

In einer Höhe von 850 m erwarten Euch Natur pur, Ruhe, unverfälschte Bergwiesen und viele Wander- und Radwege. Im Winter startet direkt hinter dem Haus die Jugelloipe mit Anschluß an die Kammloipe und tschechische Skimagistrale. Mehrere Ski-Abfahrtshänge sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Nuestro apartamento goza de una ubicación céntrica y tranquila en una calle lateral de Bärenstein. El apartamento está en la primera planta. La planta superior es utilizada ocasionalmente por el propietario. El apartamento tiene un salón-comedor con cocina totalmente equipada y balcón. Hay una chimenea disponible para las horas acogedoras (se puede comprar leña a petición por un módico precio). Hay tres dormitorios. Se puede proporcionar una cuna bajo petición.
