At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!
