Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Welcome to Hatteras Island! This cottage is located one back from the ocean. With two bedrooms, one bath, and an open living and dining area, this is a perfect spot for your beach getaway. There is plenty of parking space, a covered area for equipment/gear, a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, ROKU TV with Hulu Live, high speed Wi-Fi, and a shared laundry room. Beach access is across the street, and there are restaurants and shops within close walking distance. See you at the beach.

Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast. Boasting beautiful views of the sunset over the Pamlico Sound, this canal-front condo is an affordable way to experience waterfront living, OBX style! We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

Welcome to Green Gates! This light and airy space is designed with peace and recharge in mind! This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. The space feels tucked away and is equipped with a mini fridge, griddle, waffle maker, coffee essentials, rice maker, and more. We'll see you soon!

New deck. hot tub available June through August only. 2 guests max 1 car max no exception. Queen bed. cozy studio apartment with private entrance located in the back of our home. Kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, fridge, and a toaster oven. No stove/oven. 5 Minutes from the beach and Avon pier, Linens provided. no pets. No Smoking. Gas grill. Outside shower, 2 beach chairs. Extra clean fee of $300.00 for smoking in rental.
