Possibility of private parking and transfers to/from the airport. If you come by car I will provide you with a permit to access the restricted traffic zone for the entire stay

Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony.
