Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Since we vacation here too, the house has been carefully curated to include everything you need to relax and enjoy waterfront views and privacy. Enjoy the river from atop a paddle board or from the comfort of our expansive screened in porch. The house is located on an arm of Bath creek and has access to the water from a private pier. Bring your boat or rent kayaks from several local companies. It’s peaceful and quiet here.

It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers.
