A beautiful house by the St. Lawrence River, it is conveniently located near the intersection of highway 401 and 416. With 16 acres of backyard, the perfect blend of recreation and friendship, relaxation and discovery. There is a 265 feet private beach. The house has been totally renovated with a modern kitchen, the bright sun room. There are four bed rooms and six beds. Come to enjoy the magnificent view of St. Lawrence River. We provide weekly clean and change sheets for long term guests.

Lamb's Pond Retreat and Sauna

Enjoy a private retreat experience. Private entrance to bedroom suite/sitting area complete with spa-like bathroom. Entrance foyer provides basic meal prep area with small convection oven and one pot induction burner. Bedroom/sitting area includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, teas and coffee. Shared chest freezer also available. BBQ and outdoor kitchen wash up area near accommodation. Complementary access to 18 acres of private property which includes trails, and lounge areas.

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

This renovated historic 1800's school house located in the lovely countryside, a 10 minute drive from Brockville, Ontario; City of the 1000 Islands. The main level includes a comfortable living space, kitchen with eating area and full bathroom. The upper level has an open loft space with 2 twin beds, a small bedroom with a queen bed and half bathroom. Outdoor space includes a screened-in porch overlooking beautiful fields to the back of the property.

Nautical Themed 1 Bdrm Suite (mid term available)

Mid-term stays Nov-June. Nautical-themed, luxurious and romantic 1 bedroom suite. Enjoy your own 1100 sq/ft space in downtown Prescott (1 block from the River). With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.
