Our home is truly unique, made of reassembled hand-hewn logs from the 1800's , custom built in 2008 with Modern Scandinavian interior design. We love the combination of the getaway into nature with the modern amenities of home.

It's an easy walk (1/4 mile) to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea Trail, and just 2 miles from a grocery store, and delicious Italian restaurant. This modernized rustic home has a great kitchen, a woodstove, firepit, and large deck with a swing to enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

The Snookery ~ Refuge a Mountain w/ Hot Tub

The Snookery is a true refuge. Perched on the mountainside, its back deck has views from the hot tub, making it the perfect place for a safe, memorable gathering. Its only neighbors are us and another rental (The Snookmore), and we all have plenty of space to call our own. Do not hesitate to reach out with further questions! Note on Helene: we were very luck in Snookville with a lot of downed trees, but nothing structural. There are still outages, but the generators keep the power on.
