The hot tub on the private deck gives 180 degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges. Please note - this is not a luxury home. The cabin is not secluded. The cabin is generally very quiet but you might hear occasional traffic noises. On the plus side, the cabin is close to all amenities in Silverthorne and has a very comfortable vibe.

This 2018 built home is located in the heart of Historic Alma, CO. The highest incorporated town in North America! Walk to the South Park Saloon, shops or start your hike right out the back door. Just 15 miles from Colorado's world-class Breckenridge ski resort. Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A-Basin are also less than 50 minutes away. Our home is an eclectic mix of new and old. Built on the footprint of an 1880s miner's cabin, it carries the past into the present.

The Cedar Lodge is surrounded by jumbo windows granting you unobstructed views of the Rockies on a 7-acre lot. Embrace the winter with an outdoor sauna and take in the majestic views There is easy access (very important during winter) to highway 9 with only 300 feet of a well-maintained dirt road with backdoor access to Breckenridge (26 minutes). There is high-speed internet and a full bar LTE connection (which is a rarity in this area).

You will be surrounded by wooded and mountain views, while listening to Pennsylvania creek that runs by the fenced backyard. The backyard features a gas grill as well as a seating area. Private hot tub is perfect for stargazing.
