In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Our lakefront home is built for gathering. Located on the beautiful Maquam Bay of Lake Champlain, enjoy the rich history and natural beauty of the area. Stroll along the beach looking for sea glass. Grab one of our fishing poles, a VT fishing license, and cast a line off the dock. Launch one of our kayaks or canoe from the beach and tour the water lilies in black creek. The amazing views can be seen from every room in the cottage. There is a beautiful deck complete with patio furniture and outdoor dining area. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom and a 1.5 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests.

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
