In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! Das Studio ist ausgestattet mit 1 Doppelbett (Queen-size), Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, kleine Küche mit Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck (kein Backofen, keine Microwelle), Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. WLAN ist vorhanden. Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Bettwäsche, Bade- und Küchentücher stehen zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz istdirekt vor dem Studio.

Die Einrichtung ist hell, modern und gemütlich. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm). Der Arbeits- und Essbereich ist hell und mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

This modern studio is located in the city of Zurich in front of the forest and can be also used as home office during your COVID-19. If you are looking for a quiet area which is near the airport, close to the ETH and the city centre, this place is perfect for you. The forest near by is good for nature loving vistors. It can be reached in 5 min and a 20 min walk will grant a breathaking view over the whole city.

City Center / Brunau - Duplex 5.5 rooms, garden

The apartment is located in Zurich Brunau, next to Sihlcity, one of the biggest malls of Switzerland. Public transport (tram and bus stop) is just in front of the building and you reach the city center in 10 minutes. In the building complex there is a shopping center with several shops, a large grocery store with a restaurant and a 24 hour parking garage (chargeable).

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
