Welcome to our cozy laneway nest in Garrison Crossing in the Sardis area of Chilliwack. This standalone coach house provides privacy for a single or a couple. We are a 300 metre walk to the local swimming pool, rec centre and fitness gym. Within 500 metres there are many restaurants, coffee shops and the Save On grocery store. About 750 metres away is the Canada Education park for RCMP, CBSA, and Canadian Forces. Not suitable for infants or toddlers.

Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.

Block from beach, sparklingly clean, beautifully decorated, detached, private coach house. Perfect place to explore Crescent Beach and White Rock: beach, restaurants, birding, kayaking, biking, whale watching etc. Close to US border (15 minutes). Quiet, private, safe residential location.
