I am pleased to suggest a unique stay in our haven of peace of the 7th Arr, a 100 m2 artist-loft house on 2 floors with a small flower garden in the heart of Paris. Ideally located between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, rue Duvivier is parallel to rue Cler, pedestrian and shopping street (one of the most famous of Paris: restaurants, terraces, bars, bakery, cheese and flower market, fruits and vegetables) . This artist's house (redone in 2013) is a perfect place to stay for families or friends (near bus and metro lines, military school or latourg maubourg at 100 meters) .It is divided into 2 floors, the ground floor has 2 entrances (one entrance through the garden and another by the yard), it includes toilet with sink, a large living room (8 seats) with desk area in the library with large picture windows that overlooks the courtyard garden and a kitchen loft style with dining area for 6 people on a large black marble worktop, the decoration combines the charm of the old (tommette of the 18th century, old door of the 19 th century) and the modern and industrial materials (industrial aluminum luminaires, black iron beams, large windows and blinds in white linen) all modern and practical comfort (flat screen TV, cable, internal and unlimited wifi access, video games, books, music). At the end of the living room you will find a charming bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a sink and tiled floor. To access the 2nd floor, you will take the staircase which is at the corner of the living room and you will arrive in a very long room bathed in light thanks to its windows way greenhouse and velux, a very large office (board games, books or drawings ) separates the 2 beds (1 single + 1 double) on each side, follows a 2nd bedroom with desk, TV 2 single beds (possibility of a third bed pull pullout bed). These 2 bedrooms serve a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. To end the visit, you can take advantage of the garden-courtyard and quiet to have an aperitif with friends or read your tour guide with family! WELCOME & ENJOY !!!

El apartamento está situado en la planta principal de un edificio residencial y da a la calle, lo que da a la casa una hermosa vista y mucha luz natural. Mi casa es ideal para un grupo o familia de 5, y se compone de una gran sala de estar espaciosa con una zona de estar, televisión y una cocina totalmente equipada que capaz de cocinar una comida casera (o calentar las sobras y comida para llevar). Siéntase libre y hacer uso del té y café de cortesía proporcionado para su propio placer. El apartamento está dividido en dos plantas; en la planta superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal con lavabo personal y cama de matrimonio. Abajo (planta sótano), encontrará una habitación secundaria con 3 camas individuales. Se proporcionan sábanas y ropa de cama de hotel para un cómodo descanso. Hay 2 cuartos de baño compartidos en todo el cuarto de baño que está equipado con lo básico. Toallas limpias, artículos de tocador y secador de pelo se proporcionan a su conveniencia. ¡A su disposición, hay una plaza de aparcamiento disponible para usted (20euros / por día) si es necesario ! Mi casa se limpia y desinfecta antes de su llegada. ¡Que lo disfruten!

Charming, safe and very quiet 2-room appartment - with lots of light - located on the 5th floor of an elevator building, overviewing a courtyard . The quiet and secure residential area is only 2-mn walk from the Eiffel Tower. This area is offering a large selection of restaurants and shops. The decoration is art-deco inspired, with modern comfort and amenities. We have changed the mattress for a queen size, thick, medium hold new one. The bathroom and kitchen have also been updated on 12/22.
