Στον 2ο όροφο (40 σκαλιά από το ισόγειο) αυτή η καταπληκτική σοφίτα 20 τ.μ. είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη με άριστα υλικά και μινιμαλιστικό σχεδιασμό. Η παραλία απέχει περίπου 800μ.
