This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. To be clear; this is NOT a party house for loud people. If early check in is possible, it is an ADDITIONAL FEE.

Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.

Genießen Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge und den Blick auf das Meer von der großzügigen Terrasse aus. Die Unterkunft ist 120 qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Strandlage der über eine Beach Bar verfügt.

Apartment is on first floor offering wonderful sea view from spacious terrace that can be used for lunch / socializing. Heated pool is always available for usage. Beachfront offers free sunbeds and shaders. Beach is nearby. Apartment was renovated in 2023. with new bathrooms, new kitchen and some furniture like beds and outdoor table/chairs.
