La sala familiar (39 metros cuadrados; primer piso; frente al patio, ¡sin vista al tren!) consta de dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño y dos entradas al balcón. La habitación más pequeña de 14 metros cuadrados con la cama hecha de 1,40 m de ancho está separada de la habitación más grande por una puerta de conexión con cerradura. También hay una pequeña nevera aquí. En la más grande de las dos habitaciones (ancho de cama: 1,80 m; camas hechas) hay una cocina pequeña con dos placas calefactoras, nevera con compartimento congelador, cafetera, hervidor, tostadora, vajilla, utensilios de cocina y cubiertos. Hay una mesa de comedor extensible con dos sillas y un banco. Ambas habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana, una mesa pequeña y dos sillones. Los baños tienen ducha/inodoro, toallas, secador de pelo, pañuelos faciales, espejo de maquillaje y jabón líquido para manos. En el baño de la habitación más grande también hay un radiador de toallas.

Apartamento de vacaciones grande (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The large holiday apartment (41 sqm; ground floor, street side with a view of the railway) has a kitchen-cum-living room with kitchenette (oven, four hobs, fridge - without freezer, sink) with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cookware and cutlery. Two consecutive bedrooms (bed width room 1: 1.60 m; bed width room 2: 1.40 m) lead off from this, both of which have access to the shared bathroom (with shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, hand soap and make-up mirror). All three rooms have a flat screen TV.

Departamento (Erzgebirgsbahn)

This room unit on the first floor (heading to the yard - with a balcony, but without a view to the railwaytrack) consists of two rooms: a living room and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet. In the living room a sofa bed can be used as a berth for one adult or two children. There are two armchairs, a small refrigerator and a small bottle of water (0,5 l). The double bed is 180 cm x 200 cm, the sofa bed 125 cm x 200 cm and the total size of the apartment is 24 square meters.

Apartamento vacacional premium (Pensión Erzgebirgsbahn)

Our premium apartment has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and dining table. From the eat-in kitchen you enter the bedroom (bed width 1.80 m and sofa bed) and the living room with living area (can also be used as a sofa bed). From there you can also access the bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Hand soap and make-up mirror. You will find a flat-screen TV in the eat-in kitchen with seating area and in the living room.

Habitación doble con vistas al tren (PensionErzgebirgsbahn)

Like all our rooms, the double rooms with train view are named after writers. The texts are available to read in the rooms along with a biography of the author. In the room there is a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs, a small fridge and a small bottle of water (0.5 l). In the bathroom there are towels, a make-up mirror, cosmetic tissues, a hairdryer and liquid hand soap.

Gasthaus Talsperre (Eibenstock)

Nuestra acogedora habitación doble (13 m²) con una gran ventana delantera contiene todo lo que necesitas: una cama doble (2mx1.8m incl. ropa de cama, las camas no se pueden separar), armario, una mesa pequeña, 2 sillas, armario y TV. El baño de 4 m² está equipado con ducha, inodoro, lavabo, secador de pelo, espejo cosmético, toallas y papel higiénico. La habitación se encuentra en el segundo piso.

The smaller single room (10 sqm; ground floor, courtyard side - no view of the railway!) has a made-up single bed (90 x 200 cm), an armchair, a small table with a small bottle of water, a small fridge, a flat-screen TV and a wash area with hairdryer, make-up mirror, liquid hand soap and facial tissues. The shower and toilet are separated from the rest of the room by a folding door.

Habitación doble gris

Pension U Martina fue renovado en 2021. Está ubicado tranquilamente cerca del centro, a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y a 15 minutos de la columnata del spa. Tenemos 4 camas, 3 camas y 3 habitaciones dobles. Equipado con cocina compartida y dos baños compartidos con inodoro. La gran casa de huéspedes y el espacio de estacionamiento están vigilados por un sistema de cámara.

Apartamento pequeño (Erzgebirgsbahn)

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist 35 qm groß und verfügt über einen Schlafraum, ein Bad, eine Diele mit Kochzeile und einen Wohnraum mit Essecke und ausklappbarem Schlafsofa. Vom Wohnzimmer aus betritt man den windgeschützten Balkon. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. In der Essecke gibt es zudem noch einen kleinen Backofen. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche/ WC.

Habitación doble 14 (Pensión Waldhaus)

Este dormitorio está ubicado en el primer piso. La habitación es con cama matrimonial con ducha y WC. Una sala de estar separada con 2 sillas, una mesa y un sofá, donde puedes sentarte, relajarte y ver la televisión. El sofá se puede convertir en una cama para un máximo de 2 personas si es necesario.
