Do glavnog trga ima 100 metara te do muzeja Iluzija i muzeja stakla ima 50 metara. Smještaj je okružen raznim restoranima i spomenicima. U blizini su mjesta za zabavu i ducani . Do plaze ima oko 10 minuta hoda. Do morskih orgulja i pozdrava suncu ima oko 10 minuta hoda.

Svaka soba ima zasebni klima-ure Savršeno mjesto kao baza za istraživanje svih povijesnih spomenika, izvrsnih restorana i barova. Blizu Zadarskog mosta.

Casa Ana nalazi se u blizini centra grada u mirnom parku s besplatnim parkingom. Objekt se sastoji od spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetom te spavaće sobe s odvojenim krevetima. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
