Nalazi se u Baškim Oštarijama, koje su 20ak km udaljene od Gospića na jednu stranu i od Karlobaga na drugu. Ukoliko dolazite ljeti, obavezno ponesite i topliji set odjeće jer je navečer prohladno, što ovo mjesto čini idealnom destinacijom za sve koji žele predah od ljetnih vrućina. Do mora ima 20ak minuta autom pa se preko dana gosti vole spustiti na kupanac.

Included wifi, pc, multichannel TV, parking space, covered outdoors fireplace(grill). Pets are welcome(we own a female samoyed dog, VERY friendly). Two minute walk to the beach,30 min drive to City of Zadar,National park Paklenica, river Zrmanja,Zadar Airport .
