Located in the center of old town, couple of min. by foot from the Sea Organ and Roman Forum and on the same address as UNESCO city stone walls. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
