Glamping & Barbecue Cabin at Moorside Farmhouse

Our Glamping & Barbecue Cabin is an alternative type of accommodation for people who enjoy camping and the great outdoors, but appreciate the warmth and luxury of a solid roof. It is a very private timber cabin with a barbecue/fire pit as its centre. The seats convert easily from a comfortable cooking, eating and lounging area into three single beds. The cooker/burner will keep you warm all night. You will have 24hr exclusive access to the toilet and shower room about 10 metres from the cabin.

Inspired by the peaceful Japanese gardens at Newburgh Priory, The Hinoki Retreat, which is set within the grounds of the Estate aims to create a truly relaxing experience that will allow you to soak away the pressures of modern day life. Your own private luxury Japanese Ofuro wood fired hot tub (2 man capacity) will be heated ready for when you arrive as a complimentary part of your stay! Sugi is a bespoke hand built wooden pod on a raised platform with views down to the estate grounds.

Cumfrey Yurt at Fairy Bell Wood

Watch the sun go down over the Lakeland Fells from Cumfrey yurt within the tranquillity of Fairy Bell Wood; nestled between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. The yurt sits in its own private clearing within native woodland. Wander through the glades and sit by the pond to soak up the peace and tranquillity, keeping eyes and ears open for the local wildlife. Using love and attention to detail we have crafted the furniture of the yurt using reclaimed or local materials.

Kestrel Yurt

Kestrel yurt is set on it's own pitch, with it's own easy to access private shower room and toilet. On the edge of Hulland Ward village, Kestrel yurt will connect you with nature, whilst having easy access to all the amenities needed for a great holiday. It is set within a wild flower meadow, with a wild life pond, beautiful views and animals for neighbours. Smith hall Meadow is a small site with only two pitches in total. If it is privacy and peace you are after, kestrel yurt is it.

The Retreat @ The Secret Garden Glamping

The Retreat is a modern yurt set in the middle of our 4 acre woodland, It comes complete with everything you know and love from The Secret Garden Galmping like amazing 6 person wood burning hot tub, full outdoor entertainment area along with a foosball table and outdoor cooking area. No one has done a yurt like this before and has had a full revamp for 2024 so is looking amazing! Inside you have full underfloor heating along with a double bed, double sofa bed and freestanding bath.

Cosy Cabin on 20 Acre Private Estate - Pheasant Lodge

The Pheasant Lodge is one of three nearly identical lodges set in a quiet wooded corner of our 20 acre estate on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. There are no roads bordering the guest areas so expect a quiet and peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and away from it all! The lodge has no cooking facilities but has a fridge with icebox as well as a selection of tea & coffee. We have a cosy indoor BBQ hut available to book for the evening with all cooking tools & charcoal provided.
