The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a bench and table for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Swallows is a delightful barn conversion sleeping 3 in one bedroom. It has a cosy, private woodland setting and is surrounded by wildlife. We accept one well behaved dog. It is a 15 minute walk to Instow beach which is dog friendly along with all the pubs and restaurants on the front. It is a 10 minute walk to the Tarka trail and Barnstaple and Bideford are both easily accessible by car in 15 minutes.
