The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.
