This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat.
