Lovely remodeled separate suite in the basement of a 1905 home in Historic NE Irvington! 1 bd (queen), 1 ba, living room (full sofa sleeper), and kitchette/laundry room. Stays naturally very cool (ex: 81 F out/68 F in). Walk score 87, public transit 71, and biking 98! Walk to the OR Convention Center and Moda Center (20 min). Great fit for those out and about during the day, but want quiet at night. Squeaky clean, but no cleaning fee and no check out chores! Listing supports a public teacher!

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

We have many guests in town to attend an event at the convention or the Moda Center, if that’s you, we are under one mile from both, and three blocks from the bus that takes you there!
