It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. Dog Cottage (North Norfolk)

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for groups with children under six years of age. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

Barn owls and deer in the garden, shopping in Holt and Norwich, beach, swimming pool and North Norfolk Steam railway at Sheringham. Cromer with its famous pier, promenade and sandy beaches. National Trust Felbrigg and Blickling are close by and there are regular seal trips from Morston and Blakeney as well as lots of coastal walking. Dog friendly for up 2 dogs with additional charge.

Entering through a utility/boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed door on to a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.

Church Farm Barns is the perfect location for big family holidays, or large group get togethers. The accommodation is split into 3 different barns (that are all joined together externally) so that groups can have their own space. Corner Barn is large enough for the whole group to socialise and eat together in the kitchen. As well as space to socialise together in the large lounge area.
